Today, for everyone, the trip comes to an end. But for me, my trip may just be beginning. I am heading up to Hokkaido today instead of going back to Boston to look at a college I may possibly go to. It’s one of the best colleges in Japan, and I was thrilled when I got in, but my future is still a blur, and I want to make sure that I know where I’m going. It felt like this trip would never end, and I’m sorry that it was only so short. I could have spent a month here with all these people and my host family. Just as last time I came here, the trip was an unforgettable experience, and the sights I’ve seen and things I’ve learned will always be remembered, but even more so than that, the people that I met in Japan, whether they were Japanese or Bostonians, were some of the best I could have encountered. I look forward to seeing everyone again, whatever country it may be in.
